hi everyone. I'm looking to get stronger, quicker, etc. I have decent armstrength (i'm 13 and i can throw a baseball 73mph) but i need to build up leg strength and lower torso strength any good exercises/ drills you can think of?

If I'm just trying to tone up stomach and arms and legs, not necessarily lose tons of pounds and stuff (I like my body, it's curvy but you know, instead of being curvy its kind of getting on the say...plump side, which is what I dont want!) Should I diet or exercise? Like, I'm 5'4 and 130 pounds, but I'm not too muscular. I dont want to lose weight but gain muscle? So does that mean diet or exercise?

I'm about 10, 15 pounds overweight and I'm trying to lose weight. I've always heard diet and exercise, but since I'm not EXTREMELY overweight, would it really matter if I went on a diet and instead just exercised. Would it work? I mean yes I would cut back on food a bit (especially snacks) but I don't eat too unhealthy anymore especially since I stayed at about the same weight for the passed yr. (I gained about three pounds when I've gained the extra 15 from three years before, thats about 5 a year and I cut down my food and only gained 3!) The problem is I am terrible at exercise, I hate running and playing and bikeriding but I've also put off exercise so I never really was very active. I`ve been feelin really fat lately.. and if i dont find ways to make myself fitter im about ready to go all out not eatin or puken up everything or somen... and i know its really stupid but i really feel ugly!.. PLEASE HELP!

ok i really wanna loose weight espicallly in the upper arm inner thighs and ESPICLLY the stomach. Can some one please give me some exercises?? Give me sorta a "diet" plan like how should i try to eat what should i try to eat and drink. umm yea ok i'm osrt of over weight and I hate it a lot nad i mean i just don't have any motivation in me like i do when ever i og shopping and i can't fit into some of the stuff but yea umm any ways to loose weight even if i can't stop eating and tips or stuff and don't tell me to eat healthy( i'm very picky) thanx i rate high

Hello I need a workout routine. I want to lose weight on my arms, stomach, upper legs and lower legs. Any set routine you could give me would be great! Also a time to do it and how many days a week. Just a full blown thing, like what exercises to do them how much what days what time should I do them-I really can't think of one myself and it's become such a problem I cant keep putting it off, I need this help NOW. i am 16/f and have been taking dance at the same place since i was 3 years old. it's not a competative place...it's just once a week for an hour. last year it really wasn't as good as the earlier years, because the dance's were odd & babyish (not what we signed up for!) and the teacher (same teacher since i was 3) missed a lot of classes. this year the classes were shortened to 45 min, and it still costs the same amount. also, most people i know are not doing it again. i thought last year was stupid, but i still enjoy dancing. however, i am not as enthusiastic as i use to be about it. the thing is, i have been dancing for 12 years there, and i would only have two more years & i almost feel it would be a shame to give it up when i on...

Alright I have been battaling eating dissorders for about 2 years now.. but i have thought i was fat sense i was about 7.. I thought i was done with the whole problem until i just made myself puke.. I am 13 years old, about 5'8", and I weigh 156. Am I fat? My mom and friends say it's muscle because I ride my bike 5-7 miles a day and I play soccer. But I'm not sure if they are just saying that..
