ok so we are gonna be swimming in gym kind of soon and i wanna have a nice body to show off so i was wondering if anyone knows how i can get a six pack...and about how long it'll take? thanks! i rate~
SxyLilPoo47 answered Tuesday September 13 2005, 12:25 pm: ♥ Well I have have a four pack(its not all sculpted and defined like a guy's but its there..like u caaan see it) and I did like 300 crunches a day every day for like 1 month & a half or 2 if u want a less defind six pack do about 500 crunches a day if you want a defined & sculpted 6 packdo about 700 cunches a day.... its not that hard to doo..just do 50 at a time then in between the 50 crunches take a 10-20 minute break..

It should take about two weeks if you do it every day and all together do about a hundred. It doesn't take long to do 100 so don't freak out just do 4 sets of 25.
