They are similar to sit ups but you don't sit up all the way. It's more like a half-way sit up that tighten your stomach muscles.

their like sit ups but you dont go all the way up...you just get your shoulder blades off the ground and not ne higher. (fyi..situps are when u lay down with your knees up and sit up..lol..incase you dont know)
