Skipping meals is unhealthy. Its better to have 5 small meals then 3 heavy meals. And by the way, canned food have bad things in them so try not eating to much of that.

I suggest you do about 100 situps a day, thats for the stomach. As you said, do squas for your thighs. For legs, go running at your gym for about 10 minutes and gradually increasing the time week by week. If you can't go to a gym, run outisde. It will burn more calories. Less calories=less fat. Lift wieghts for toning your arm muscles.

I suggest you don't do crunches after you eat because it feels really bad. DO all of them at a different part of the day, but before any meals.

By the way: this has helped me lose 2 kilos!!

Well don't do any of that slim fast crap let me tell you it can kill you! Soo you could go to a weight watchers and ask a a booklet and then it gives you a chart on how many points each serving a food is. Also you are limited 25 points each day. when you run out of points you drink lots of water or/and tea.

Hope I helped

The main key (even though you may not like it) is to eat healthier. Find a fruit you like and chow down on it instead of those Cheetos. Basically cut down on junk food. You dont have to only eat salads and fruit, but cut your junkfood intake in half.
Try walking. If you have a dog you can walk him or "run" him. Try exercising some....
Hope I helped a little!

i exactly how you feel same with me but try siging up for sports or a dance team where you usually work out 1-2 a day try your hardeest in p.e when you run. Ask you mom/dad to not get soo much sweets when you out. Think to your self hmm am i really hungry or do i just want this. Eat slow it'll fill you up faster. drink lots of water...try to workout and make it fairly regular. get a treadmill and just walk at a normal pace oni t when your studying, reading , or watching your fav. t.v!! HOPE I HELPED GOOD LUCK!!!!
