The same as regular crunches but with your legs to the side.

Hello there.. Ms. Cleo Here!!

I just answered a question simmular to this before. So your not the only one, i was even in your shoes. I have found out by experimenting that rinning/jogging helps you loose alot of weight. I have lost over 20 pounds by running every day. I have lost alot in my stomache, i have slenderized my legs and my hips, and i have gained lots of muscle. I hope i have helped.
Lots of love and luck,
XoXo~Ms. Cleo~0x0x

Lose the weight everywhere else, then with your hands or whatever, just grab the flabby part and try to roll it to one of the other areas you know how to rid yourself of.

Hope I helped!

Here are some very easy instructions (that work!)

1. Take two weights, preferably 1-2 pounds each and hold them in your left hand.

2. Place your feet, facing forward, no farther than your shoulder width (start by doing this in front of a mirror)

3. Place your right hand behind your head

4. Bend (SLOWLY) to the left until your weights are about knee level.

5. Come back to the starting position (SLOWLY)

Start off with about 20 repititions on your left and switch to your right 20 reps also. (left hand behind head, bend to right) Increase your reps everyday (by one to five). Don't overwork it or your hips will feel sore. And after a week or so, you should see noticeable results. Remember, crunches help.

To lose love handles, roll your knees to the right or left and do crunches. It isolates the fat and works it.
