Workout Routine

Question Posted Friday September 16 2005, 5:45 pm

Hello I need a workout routine. I want to lose weight on my arms, stomach, upper legs and lower legs. Any set routine you could give me would be great! Also a time to do it and how many days a week. Just a full blown thing, like what exercises to do them how much what days what time should I do them-I really can't think of one myself and it's become such a problem I cant keep putting it off, I need this help NOW. Thank you!!
