I really dont like my legs and I would like them to be more toned. What can I do to make my legs more toned?

ride your bike! seriously it works! walking can help too. i say u should ride a bike and walk every day, or u could jumprope, if i havent helped ask your gym teacher how she thinks it will help!

going up and down a staircase is a good workout...you'll even feel ur legs working. do that a few times or up a steep hill!! hope i helped!! *twizz

you can do things like ride a bike or walk about everyday just anything you can think of
