Lastnight ... when i was just walking in my house ... my knee buckled, popped(i heard it) and i just fell to the ground. For the first 10 minutes it burned, and i coodnt get off the ground. My dad helped me up ... and i coodnt put any weight on it. I got thru the night ... but still this morning, its not better. It just feels like theres a giant bruise on it ... and i cant put much weight on it at all. Im going to the doctors soon. Do yu know whats wrong? Am i gunna need crutches or something?

I'm 5'6 and 12 years old. I weigh about 105 lbs. I feel really fat and have a lot of fat on my stomach. I want to lose weight so i can wear a bikini. But whenever I wear one my stomach bulges out. Right after I eat, My stomach gets HUGE. Does anyone have ideas on how I can lose weight without starving myself?

13/f. I recently asked a question concering weight loss sites. Now I am asking for help again. I want to lose 10 pounds by the end of the month. I am currently 5'0 and weigh 130 pounds. I play field hockey 5 days a week for 1 1/2-2 hours. I also cheerlead for 3-4 days a week for two hours. With that being said about how many calories should I take in a day?

I'm overweight. I am 5'0 and I weigh 130 pounds. I have a BMI of 25 pounds. I do not look too fat but I seriously think I am. What is a good webiste to look at charts and such for how much I sould weigh? I am f/13.

ok so im 13 im around 5 foot and weigh 125 am i over weight? i feel as if i am and if so how could i loose some weight? thanks

well... i am 13 and i weigh 176 pounds... this really takes a toll on my social life ... especially with guys... i really really really want to lose at least 20 pounds ((to begin with)) asap... but i dont want to go on a major diet... does anyone know a good plan for me?

Okay sorry this might get long
I went through pubirty really young and well I was almost obese as a child but when I got my period I really slimmed down but Im not fat I just have a little bit of chubbiness on my stomach and on my thighs (I have really muscular arms and calfs) but like is there something I could do to target both of those areas (thighs and abs) Btw I have no natural waist and have a wide frame

I am 5'3'' and i weigh about 134 lbs. i kno im not fat, but i am chubby in my stomach and legs and i am trying to lose weight and tone those areas within about a month. Anyone have any ideas as to what kind of exercises i should be doing to make my legs and stomach slimmer?

Im doing a survey to see how different people take on trying to loose weight quickly. Quick is probably not the most healthy way of getting fit, but still I'd like to see what kind of expierences you all have had when you needed to shed a few pounds fast.
Did you have a certain diet? I know that cutting carbs seems to be all the craze.
Any diet pills that you took that seemed to have work?
Did you exercise. If so, what kind of exercises did you do and for how many hours a day?
Any other strange ways that you lost weight fast? Let me know please. I'll rate everyone 5's.

Today I did crunches and it really hurt my neck. I think that is a sign that I did it wrong...or is that normal? I've recently started working out, like really recently (this was only my 7th time) and I was wondering is it because I'm getting used to it now, is it because I'm doing it wrong or something? I did 70, btw.

Hi I've been doing this workout routine and so far I have 4 things I've been doing, crunches, squats, and lifting weights to work my arms to diff. ways. But I want to vary it up some time so what are six other workouts that work generally any part of the body? Thanks for advice!

im like really fat.... like you dont notice it THAT much like i dont LOOK huge but i weigh like 230 pounds.. im 13 and im 5'4... how can i lose this weight because i really want to.. should i just stick to diet pills because i think i cant work it off since its probably hereditary.. i got the jene and my twin didnt because hes really skinny.. but how can i get rid of it?
