Goes to this site.

www.toneteen.com

It has excercises for those parts. Just click on which part of your body you want to tone. Good luck!

well i think one of the most fun exercises is dance dance revolution. i mean, you're dancing your head off so you know you're losing weight and burning fat off, but you are having loads of fun while you do it. unfortunately, ddr is pretty expensive (about $60 for the game + the mat, and about $100 for the ps2 or xbox)

I'm in the same position. Well, I'm a different height and weight, but basically I'm not FAT, but I'd like to be more toned.

Do you want to change your eating habits at all? I know when I go on my 'diet' soon, it's not really going to be a diet. It's just going to be no more 3 sodas a day, drink LOTS of water, and no more fast food all the time. Even little things like quitting soda and drinking tons of water can help a bit.

I'm not a health expert, so I may not even know what I'm talking about. But what I'm going to start doing is going for a run, maybe 4 or 5 times a week. And doing lots of crunches. The running should keep your body active and help metabolism (I THINK? I'm just guessing), and the crunches should help your stomach.

I hope this helps. Sorry I couldn't give you any more suggestions. Maybe try looking in a magazine on new excersizes that you can do from your home. I'm sure there's tons of different ways to do crunches rather than just the boring standard ones.

Good luck! And remember, self discipline. If you skip a few days of working out, it may get hard to get back in the routine again. That's how I always end up loosing it. And if you end up going on some sort of a diet, you have to control any urges that you have. And with excersizing, if you get tired, don't stop right away. You have to push yourself to see any results. Of course, don't keep going until you're about to pass out. But it's true, "No Pain, No gain". You should be able to feel it as you work out :) Good luck
