I think you may be a little overweight, maybe by approximately 10 pounds, which isn't really that big of a deal.
If you'd like to lose weight, start exercising. You can eat normally, just do cardio workouts (jogging, running, jumping rope, anything to get the heart rate up) to burn off those intake of calories. Workout at least three days a week, starting at 30 minute sessions. Also drink more water to suppress your appetite by making you feel fuller. just think though, in the future, you might have problems with weight, not just you, but everyone, so you should do EVERYTHING you can in order to be healthy. drink milk, eat a banana or other fruit instead of going for cookies, something like that. little changes like that add up to make a huge difference! *Keep a food journal and record all the foods you ate. This way you can see how much junk your eating
