Jog for a while, sprint for a few blocks and repeat. Honestly, it works. ]
♥ Exercise..like run,jog, powerwalk..pretty much any leg moving exercise will do it..20 minutes of vaccuming burns 60 calories so vaccum or clean any movement in general will burn calories for you..but if you're old enough..have sex..did you know that having sex burns more calories then any exercise?

moving in general burns calories, but i think you mean at a good rate. you have to push yourself to test the limits without pushing your self in a repeating excersize ]

You can burn calories many different ways. It all depends on what you want to do! You can run and work out! There is a lot of work outs that you can do to burn calories..I just don't know them right off hand! Walking like once or twice a day will burn calories and many more things! Basically anything you can think of!

You have to exercise and stuff...thats bout it...its simple...rate me!!... ]
By moving your body, so that's just about anything. Sleeping, jogging, sex and so on..... ]

You can burn calories by doing anything, walking, typing, anything. you might not burn a lot from everything but you are still moving and thats how you burn em. if you want to loose a lot try excercising like dancing, biking, hiking, swimming, anything to get your heart pumping!!
