There's really no certain size that your boobs have to be at a certain age. Everyone's boobs are different sizes.. some people have the same size boobs as you & they are like 16, so yeah. But your boobs are fine!! =)

There really is no such thing as "normal". Breast size is a personal growth that varies from person to person. 31A is fine for a 13 year old. 31A might also be the breast size of some full grown adults. Everyone is different. For now, I say don't worrie about it. You're only 13, so you know you have plenty of growing to do [:

As far as I know, your boob size just depends on who you are. They could never grow again, who knows.

Yeah, definitely. Some fully grown women are that size. Your still growing, though, so don't be worried that you won't get any bigger.

i didnt know there was suck a thing as "31" but yeah its normal. anywhere from an AA to a DD is normal because there is not standard, everyone is different. <3
