Okay sorry this might get long

I went through pubirty really young and well I was almost obese as a child but when I got my period I really slimmed down but Im not fat I just have a little bit of chubbiness on my stomach and on my thighs (I have really muscular arms and calfs) but like is there something I could do to target both of those areas (thighs and abs) Btw I have no natural waist and have a wide frame

do 20 sit ups and work your way up to 200 each day. little by little. jog and run. youll lose that fat in no time!

sorry this will sound kinda stupid but maybe you should get denise austins video targeting abs, and her other one targeting thighs. i believe it works so maybe try that?
