how can i make my arms skinny?

you know how people have skinny arms? well my arms are kind of butch and i want to make them skinny, are there any arm exercises or ways i can do this? i dont want to put on muscle cos wont that just add to the thickness of my arms??
everybody hates one thing about themselves and his is what i hate... when i wear singlet tops or in photos my arms always look HUGE!! its horrible please help!!

When I'm on my computer at night, all I do is msn and facebook. I've been getting quite bored with it. Is there anything else I can do? I've been playing solitaire and stuff like that, but that's about the only game I like. I like playing the sims though (hoping for the sims 3 any time soon!) So has anyone got any suggestions? :/

I am going to be 15, and I am like the only one of my friends with a bad complextion, and acne. I hate it!!! It is all the time, what is something you can by at walmart that will be to the same effect as proactive! My mom won't use credit cards.

i'm 18 years old and i have a lisp, not the kind you usually hear but the kind when you talk and sh and ch sound different, and people always make fun of me. i've never had a boyfriend and i think that it's horrible, i always feel like i want to die because no guys like me. i don't think i'm ugly lots of people tell me i'm pretty some even say i'm beautiful and i do have some very good friends. but why don't guys like me?? i just don't know what is wrong with me besides my lisp.

Hi. I've been playing soccer since I was 7. I thought that it would be something I would still want play once I got to college but when I realized I didn't, I felt it was too late..Well now here I am, a sophomore in college and I'm stuck playing soccer. I have a full scholarship so that just makes it even harder. I don't want to dissapoint my parents but I feel like this is the time where I should be doing what I want to do. Isn't college about finding yourself? so my question is what should I do? At this rate I feel like I'll do anything to get out of playing soccer.

well iv'e been feeling that not many people like me recently.
i don't really see any signs.
but this guy that i would talk to forever online and at school asked me out. i said yes and broke up with him 5 days later because i do not want an online relationship.
he took it hard and hasnt talked to me since.
it makes me feel really bad about myself.
and that ill never ever find a guy.

My friend is taking lots of drugs.
I asked her what she's taken and she listed a lot of things including Crack and LSD...
Shrooms, E, pot... Much, much more.
)': It hurts me a lot to know this...
What can I do?
I want to help her...
But when she's not on drugs, she gets really depressed. and Cuts her self...
She use to cut herself, then got on drugs... now doesn't cut herself...

I was wondering if, I went to the clinic, would they give me a prescription for an emergency contraceptive, like plan b?

I have been dating a girl for around a year and a half now and both of us want to get married and live together. I have known her for over 5 years and we have spent just about every day, all day, together in the past two years including work the past 8 months. Throughout this time we have gotten along great and only had minor problems that we easily talked through and never fought over. We know each others life styles and how we live since we spend all our time at each others houses so I don't believe there will be any surprises after marriage. The question I have is is it a good idea to propose since we are only 19 years old? If I did we would be engaged for about a year and a half to 2 years.

So lately my friends are telling me I'm flirting, but I'm thinking their meaning of flirting is different than mine. Plus I have a boyfriend, so I have no intention of actually flirting or taking anything anywhere. Anyways, do you think having a conversation with someone and laughing and what not is flirting. Hangover

So Saturday night I had a six-pack of smirn. and I felt pretty good, and by the way I don't usually drink. Anyways, that night I didn't throw up, but the next morning I had my first hang over. Stomach hurt and my head felt really hot. On the way home, I threw up. I felt a whole lot better after, but my question is... why didn't I throw up that night. Would it have been better if I did? and how do you prevent having a hang over?(don't tell me not to drink). Thanks if you reply :D

So me and this guy met and had a thing for about 1-2 monthes,we didn't date but we "talked" and he said he liked me and i liked him.after a while,he told me he loves me "as a friend" since we started hanging out alot.he knew i still liked him,so he stopped talking to me for like a week .then i had a talk with him and told him "i only liked him as a friend too now".things went back to normal and we started talking alot again ,but as "best friends".
I still like him ! I don't know what to do!
