Well, im my opinion, after I read the end..it seems he SHOULDN'T be "bothering" you any longer. However, some people just enjoy harassing others because they feel it gets there point across..even when there's no point at all. But, I guess this guys whole point is just to "leave him alone". So, just do that, and maybe he'll leave you alone!
