how can i make my arms skinny?

you know how people have skinny arms? well my arms are kind of butch and i want to make them skinny, are there any arm exercises or ways i can do this? i dont want to put on muscle cos wont that just add to the thickness of my arms??

everybody hates one thing about themselves and his is what i hate... when i wear singlet tops or in photos my arms always look HUGE!! its horrible please help!!

there's no way to lose fat on just your arms, so if you really want to make them super skinny you have to lose weight (though it sounds like you're slim already). Since you don't want to bulk up, I would suggest doing exercises that will work your shoulders (deltoids) instead of biceps. Having really toned shoulders can make arms look sculpted and skinny. Pushups will accomplish this but I suggest you look into yoga and pilates exercises that stretch and work your arms. Just google yoga poses and look for ones that require arm and shoulder strengther; even doing things like downward dog will help.
