hey, im 14 5'1" and 111 pounds, i guess not fat but i feel like im getting "chunkier" than i used to be. Cheerleading starts in 6 weeks and i want to be a little lighter becuase im going to be a flyer, i also want to get rid of some tummy fat and the really annoying flab on my inner thighs! Any ideas that dont need equipment?

faster mile run

hi im running the mile tommorrow in school, and i was wondering how I could get a better time. i'm a 13/m, around 5'2", 99lbs. last year i got like 7min 16sec, but i would really like to get under 7minutes this year. any tips on how to get a better time? (when to sprint, when to job.. etc?)

Crunches!

I have a little fat around my stomach, and also I guess love handles? I'm not sure if that's what they are called. But I'm like skinny by my ribs, then it just bulges out on the sides near my belly button. It's so ugly, I hate it.

So I've decided to do something about it. But I have a question. I've just started doing 100 crunches per night, and the thing where you hold your legs about 6 inches off the floor for a minute (every night). I'm just wondering, do these exercises just help build muscle, or will it also help me lose my extra 'tummy' fat?

If this isn't going to help me lose the fat, can you tell me a simple, at-home, exercise that WILL reduce the fat & needs no equipment? Thanks!

stomach

so i do about 50 cruches each night and in the morning when i wake up my stomach seems flatter but throughout the day it gets bigger again.. it gets so annyoing.. it still gets bigger even if i do 100 crunches each night.. whats wrong?

Dear Advicenators,

I'm a 13 year old girl who is turning 14 in January. My hieght is appromiatley 5'3" and I weigh 103 lbs. I feel fat and ugly and I am determined to loose 5-10 lbs. in the next month or two. What do I need to do? I feel so gross, and when I'm flirting w/ my cush and he offers to give me piggy back rides I always have to turn him down bc/ i think i'll break him. How do I loose weight fast, and not to much exercising because exercise=muscle, which is heavier then fat. I want to build my stomach and my butt and thighs so they are extremely tight and fit. I want to have the perfect body, what diet can I go on, or simple quick exercises that only loose fat and build ur stomach fat, no muscle! Thank-you. I'll rate<3

how can you loose wight without taking a pill..and it is easy and it is kinda short but you do it a lot and it works goood.. ok im 13 and my wight is 195 and im 5'6 and i lift wights and stuff but the doc says that muscle ways more than fat but i wanna no how to loose me belly fat and leg fat quick and fun... sooo plzz help me with wat kind of exersises and suggestings that you have to tell me..thank you

Need help losing weight fast!

Alright, here's the deal. I need to shed off quite a few pounds, I have until the end of November to do it.

Now I know the best way to get rid of weight is to exercise. I work two jobs, I don't have the energy to really work out when I have to work and on if I do get a day off from one job or another I just want to relax. Occassionally I take a few walks or jogs around the block. It hasn't been often though lately.

As much as I'm on the go and doing something I have a very slow metabolism. It's hard to lose weight for me. Anyone know how to jumpstart it?

I am trying to watch what I eat as well. Are there any kinds of food that are great for burning off fat? Or any kind of liquids?

Staying skinny in the Winter

Well... I play tennis, and I'm really into it, and I love to practice. Tennis season was over, and I can't exercise as much anymore. My dad has arthritis and can't practice with me, and it's starting to get cold. I won't be able to practice tennis till about November. How do I stay slim till then without going to a gym? Or at least tell me how I can get high Motabolism. Thanks.

How can i lose weight?!i am 13 female and i weight around 154 pounds!! thats about 50 pounds more than what i want to weigh. any suggestions about how i can diet and exercise to lose like stomach fat or leg fat. how can i eat a better diet? i need to lose weight because i get picked on at school a lot and i dont want that to happen anymore.
