increasing height

i have read about programs that claim anybody can
increase his/her heigth by doing some exercises and eating a good diet and sleeping well and ...
i wanted to know that if they are scientific or
just ads.

Well to grow, the body needs a good diet. regular excercise and enough sleep. That's why the children you see in poverty in Africa on the television are all so small.

That's just basic keeping yourself healthy stuff though, yeah it can help you grow in the long run but it's nothing particularly amazing.
