xRoOxiSxBlOnDex answered Thursday October 20 2005, 9:38 am: Do backbends, splits, handstands. If you aren't already taking a tumbling / gymnastics class, try to take one. They'll start you on cartwheels, roundoffs, back/front walkovers, back/front handsprings & tucks. It's a really good way to keep in shape and after a couple classes a back walkover will be REALLY simple to you.
