AlwAySz_h3r3_4_yOu answered Tuesday October 25 2005, 9:19 pm: Well, you need to start doing crunches, run, ride a bike if you have one, walk, eat healthier food, and make sure you eat breakfast because its the most important meal of the day and if you don't eat it then you don't burn as many calories during the day, also just eat smaller portions. try that! I hope that helps. Good Luck! x0x Allie.<3 [ AlwAySz_h3r3_4_yOu's advice column | Ask AlwAySz_h3r3_4_yOu A Question ]

emster812 answered Tuesday October 25 2005, 8:40 pm: Try and do lunges. If you don't know what those are bend down on one knee, hold for two seconds, and then come back up and do it on the other knee. Those will help with the inner thighs. Stomach fat? DONT do crunches. If you do, you will build muscle there and THAT will push the fat up, making it not look too pretty. I dont know what you should do there, but I hope I helped... :)
