i know how you feel hun ive been "the fat chick" since elementary school. i did lose some weight in 10th grade though doing the South Beach Diet. its easy and simple and i recommend it to anyone wanting to lose a lot of weight. as for exercising, try swimming. it will help keep legs and arms toned, while still giving you the cardio workout you need, plus its fun!!!

if you need anything else sweetie just drop something in my inbox i would LOVE to help you!!!

You are not burning as many calories as you take in. If you want to lose weight you are going to need to move more. The weather outside is starting to cool down and you might want to try walking around your home. If there are parks near where you live try walking on the trails or getting out with your pet (if you have one) Now, to lose weight the healthy way, you should aim for about one pound a week. You can reduce your calories easily by doing some of these things...

1. Cut out soda, even diet soda! Drink more water. Try for cooler water because the body expends more energy bringing the water down to body temperature. If water starts to get boring, add lemon juice or try the flavored waters that are out there. They are really tasty.

2. Eat a protein breakfast. Try hard-boiled eggs or a smoothie with protein powder in it. It jump starts your metabolism and sets it high for the day.

3. Skip desert sometimes. Notice that I said sometimes. You cannot deprive yourself of the stuff you love or you will not be successful. You can still have chocolate or ice cream (Oh I am up ice cream any time of any day) candy, whatever your vice is, just not 4 times a day.

The biggest thing to do is get some exercise. Move your body. That is the best way to drop some poundage.

Well it all depends on your height and build. Take me for example...I am 145lbs and 5'5...and yeah thats alot for my height but I have big breast (D-cups) and hip bones. Going vegetarian works...but you have to stick to it. I work out first thing in the morning...its more effective for me. You DO NOT need to lose 50lbs...believe me its not attractive to be a stick to most guys. I hope this helps!

You know i am 15 170-180 pounds..people always make fun of me cause they think i am fat..but you know i am not..it depends on how our bodys are made, there are somewomen who arnt meant to me skinny, but you can eat 3 meals a day, breakfast lunch and supper, and just like for leg fat, start going for long walks either after school or on weekends or both, and for the tummy do like 20 sit ups after school everyday and eventually you will gain more muscle and lose some of the fat that you want gone believe me it worked somewut for me..my leg fat turned to muscle, and i am still workin on my tummy, yet again i dont do the sit ups..but they worked for a friend of mine soo..wellz good luck..and just dont think about what they say to you, be happy with yourself..byebye

The other two are right no junk food- because it is just that, junk. Why put bad things in your body that are filled with carbs and sodium that will only want to make you eat more later. Portion size and diet is very important as is writing it down.
In the morning have something like eggs or real oatmeal. No sugary cereals or pop tarts or anything like that. Its fattening and will make you hungry before 10am.
Snack have an apple or another piece of fruit. Lunch have something normal like a sandwich on whole grain bread or a salad, with a side of veggies or fruit or nuts.
Snack nuts, fruit or veggies.
A normal dinner, but don't overdo it on pasta or potatoes or cheese but you can have some of that.
Also drink a ton of water.
Then write everything down. You will have a better account of what you eat and will be more mindful if you slip up and remind you of the diet.
As for working out, play outside, do sports, anything cardio or anything that has to do with weights are great for you.. as is pilates or yoga.
Good luck and keep me posted.

If you want to diet, I suggest going with a 2,000 calorie a day diet. Generally, on every food you eat, check to see how many calories you are consuming with it. Once you hit 2,000, you are done for the day. Then, you should exercise. Aerobic is the best to burn calories, so I advise running about 3-5 miles a day. Start at around 1, and gradually increase until you get there. For the stomach, do around 100 crunches a night.

Stop eating too much sweets. You want to cut out stuff like candy and soda and stuff because that REALLY adds the pounds to you. Eat more fruits and veggies when you want something to snack on. Only eat when you're hungry. Don't use food as your comfort, or something to do when you're bored. Do something to occupy your time. If you get hungry between meals, have a glass of water, especially when you have a sugar craving (this usually means you're thirsy, I've read that somewhere).

As for excersize, take walks, bike rides, do crunches/situps, etc.

It takes a lot of willpower to lose weight. You have to be dedicated. Just imagine your improved self in a bikini and all of the guys drooling over you. It works!!

Hope I helped!

Stay away from fast food, candy, soda and things that contain a lot of fat.

Go for walks, ride a bicycle and other things like that for exercise. Just keep moving! ;)
