weight loss i am 20 yrs old n studying medicine...i hav a hectic schedule like 4m 7 am till 4 pm i am in college..den i am really tired but i am 66kgs n wanna hav a weight loss of 10 kgs to b fit ...wat can help me get rid of dese extra kilos...plz help ...i am in hostel so food is provided by dem...plz help me stay in shape...

According to your schedule, you should be losing those pounds in no time. All that running around would help you lose some weight, but you have to eat healthy and exercise when you can.
Eat vegetables, rice, foods you can cook instead of meals that come prepared. Drink about 6 glasses of water a day, or at least bring a water bottle with you.
Also, you don't have to lose weight to be fit! You have to exercise to be fit. Jogging, rollerblading, yoga, and even walking help you lose weight. All the walking you do probably helps too, so just concentrate mostly on eating healthy. ]
Eating healthy and drinking alot of water helps you get into shape. Exercising more than you eat helps lose alot of the weight you want to. You should drink water and exercise a little at a time then gradually increasing. I suggest not snacking in between meals. Alos dont eat to much chocolate that builds body fat and drinking to much pop. You probably have mostly water weight so if you do these things it should be gone in no time. ]
