When i got my belly button pierced they gave me a Captive Navel Ring. It looks like this

I've had it pierced for about 5 months now and everything looks good but i cant remove it. My mom wont take me to the place that I had it done because shes to lazy but i really want to change the ring.
Any help on how to remove it?

I have fat thighs. My stomach is not TOTALLY overweighting with fat, but it's got a little above my belly button area. How can I work on getting my thighs skinner? And DO NOT tell me www.am-i-fat.com because I've already went there, and I am 130 pounds and 5'5 and it says im perfect. I just want my thighs to be skinnier

I am asthmatic (not excessively so but I can't run for a long, long time) but I want to excersize. I already walk to school. Do you know of any other low-impact (and hopefully fun!) excersizes I can do?

I am asthmatic and today at the doctors had to take a peak flow meter (lung capacity) test. It came out really low every time I tried, at around 270, whereas for my height and weight it should be 530 (and not much less being asthmatic). Does anyone know why this would be so low? I do have a viral infection a bit like a very bad cold at the moment but the doctor didn't think it would have much sway over the results, and besides, I can never run very far without my lungs hurting or getting wheezy. Is there any way I can improve my lung capacity?
I have an appointment in the asthma clinic soon but I'm just checking on here incase there is something I forget to ask there :)

Winter Exercises? Posted Thursday November 3 2005, 9:18 pm
What are some good exercises to do in the winter? I know like in warmer seasons you can go outside and play sports and stuff, but when its cold out being outside is not very enjoyable. But I need to keep my work-out going but I'm not one to do crunches or anything more stuff that is fun to do and burns calories. What are some options/activities?

Well lately I've been bored around the house and decided that in order to be more active (since its cold outside and winter is when I pack on the pounds more) that maybe I could make up a dance. The thing is I never took dance lessons and stuff so I was wondering if anybody knew a site that taught like basic dance moves. And I guess more experience stuff. Its not like I'm going to show anybody this stuff, this is for my own amusement, a challenge of sorts, so I'll take some medium dance moves to that I could work on and maybe finish. Thanks for any help!

What is the best stuff to do if you dont want to put on a bunch of bulky muscle...you just want to tone your body? I've it's as simple as walking instead of running, or doing less reps of weights. Right now I usually work out about an hour 4x or more a week... I go the Y and I do the bike for 10 min, and i usually do 2 reps of 15 on the leg press, hamstring curl, quad curl, the thing where you twist your waist, the thing where you push your arms out, the i do the elliptical for 10 min...and sometimes i do some other weights. Then, at home, I do 40 crunches in the morning and 40 at night. Is this the wrong thing to be doing to tone? Thanks, I'll rate high for good answers.

alright, i'm 14 years old and i'm around.. 5'3" or possibly 5'4" and im about 106lbs. I'm just asking.. is that really skinny? I mean, I have like, real high metabolism ( both my parents have it ) and all my friends say I'm too skinny and that I need to gain some weight. I'm just having some trouble. How would I go about doing that? Cause I'm not gonna sit there and like, pig out till' i die. I just don't want people thinking i'm anorexic or something. I mean I'm really not that skinny. I think I'm averagley skinny. =/ I don't know. Please help.

ok so im 5 5....5 6 and im 124 pounds i think im overweight but alot of my friends say im skinny and some of my guy friends who mess round and pic me up say im light but when i look in the mirror i dont see skinny i see fat
am i fat or overweight/healthy

just a quick question. i feel really dumb for asking this, but its been bothering my for a long time so what the heck. if you drink a lot of water (I MEAN A LOT) will it make your stomach stretch out and stuff? Because one time i heard about how those people who enter eating contests drink like gallons of water to make their stomachs stretch and able to hold more food. So i drink like up to 12-16 cups of water a day (4-6 bottles of water) to keep from eating everything in my sight and make my stomach full. but if it makes my stomach all stretched out than ew...does anyone know?

Hello, I'm a 16 year old female, looking into a Liquid Diet. I'm 5'6 and 150 pounds.
I was wondering if anyone knew any good liquid diets that worked fast and effiecent, also how much it costs and where I would be able to find them.
Also if anyone tried them and had side effects.
