do some yoga!it may seem like its boering but it really not.it helps you to have flexibelity:)are you should stretch everyday! ]
SPLITS might look very hard to do at beginning. but the way i learned doing splits is by stretching your legs EVERY NIGHT. youll see the differents in about a week or so. ]
An excersize to improve the flexibility of your legs is:
Lie on the floor on your back and put one leg in the air. Get someone to help you hold the leg up and push it back (i.e. towards your head) until it starts to hurt. Hold it there for 20 seconds and then slowly lower to the ground. Repeat with the other leg and do this several times a day. It'll make the splits easier.
Other than that, just keep practising. ]
Do the V-Sit And Reach (where you spread your legs siting on the floor, and you reach with your arms as far as you can) everyday. Everyday try to get wider and stretch further, and you'll keep getting closer to a split.

do a split against the wall, and do it as far as you can for about a minute or two. do it everytday and youll get better! ]
you just keep stretching everyday, and you'll get lower and lower everyday. thats the only way you can do the splits =) ]
