weight alright, i'm 14 years old and i'm around.. 5'3" or possibly 5'4" and im about 106lbs. I'm just asking.. is that really skinny? I mean, I have like, real high metabolism ( both my parents have it ) and all my friends say I'm too skinny and that I need to gain some weight. I'm just having some trouble. How would I go about doing that? Cause I'm not gonna sit there and like, pig out till' i die. I just don't want people thinking i'm anorexic or something. I mean I'm really not that skinny. I think I'm averagley skinny. =/ I don't know. Please help.

if you have a fast metabolisim and want to slow it down [which idk who would want to do that] drink diet soda. it'll slow it down a little. ;)

As long as your healthy, you can be overweight or underweight and it just DOESN'T matter. I eat VERY VERY healthy. Maybe I need to eat more junk, I don't know, but anyway be happy that your thin. Take it from someone who has had HUNDERDS of doctors visits and a CRAP CRAP CRAP load of medical problems, yet not ONE of them are due to my weight. In any way shape or form.
Let me ask you-- do you have a lot of muscle? Because that would be the best thing for you to do. Gain muscle. It weights more than fat, and if you work out enough you'll gain weight. I have been working out lately and i'm up to 110. You won't LOOSE weight by doing this, trust me. You'll gain weight. You'll be more healthy, too! ]
106 is probably a little thin, but not abnormally skinny....do you think 135 is "fat" for just a litte taller than you? im 5'5" and last time i went to the doctors i was 135, but i think i've lost weight since i got to college, because the food here is so terrible.... ]
no, its perfect. be glad not sad to be perfect. i on the other hand have the slowest metabolism in the world-im only 13! it sucks. believe me. stay the way you are. if you gain weight then your metabolism will slow down. if you wanna be more healthy then eat every food group-at least 3 servings of each. hope this helps ]
Well, you couls eat higher calorie, but still healthy, like pasta, or bananas. ]

First of all, BE THANKFUL THAT YOU'RE SMALL. There are girls who would rather kill themselves to be skinny, than to live overweight.
Don't worry about being "too skinny". Average weight for you is about 115 or so, so you aren't THAT horribly small. (= Be thankful that you're small, and just keep eating healthy. Plus, if you're small you can get away with eating whatever you want!

well dont worry about it! Your pretty tall and its not your fault...maybe at lunch at school eat with your friends and other people so they know youre not anorexic...dont worry about it hun! Hope I Helped! =)

Your friends might be jealous and just kidding with you OR your metabolism really is kicking in. I'd say that you should gain at least 5 more pounds and you would be VERY healthy. Just don't pig out all day, like you said lol.

Hey. Okay i went to www.am-i-fat.com and it says you're thin. And you should eat more. Try to gain 4 lbs. I know it sounds weird but i put in 5'3 106 lbs., it says you're thin. I put in 110 and 5'3 and it says perfect score.

My sister is the same thing as you. Shes between 5'3 and 5'4 and 107 lbs. She has a fast metabolism and everything. As long as you eat normally your weight is fine. I dont think you should gain weight just so other people stop bugging you. If your too skinny, people complain..and if your fat, people complain. No one is ever satisfied you know? Your fine the way you are, even though your skinny..who cares? At least your not like 200 lbs. ]
