I am looking into becoming an ER Nurse or EMT and i'm taking Anatomy and also basic Health Science. Plus I have an insane amount of health problems.

I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and also I know alol about eating disorders, as I have had one, and gay/bi issues I know a lot about! I'm also a computer whiz and know loads of HTML and that kind of stuff. Basically ANY kind of question-- I can answer! Hope to you help you.

i didnt sleep last night.. i just couldn't. and this morning at about 8 o' clock.. i felt so sick.. my heart was beating so fast.. i couldnt lay down and try to sleep. When i walk around i feel alright, but as soon as i sit thats when it starts. I finally fell asleep, yet when i woke up which was like 15 mins ago.. i feel it again.
im really scared.. my mom doesnt understand.. i tried telling her but she doesnt listen.. someone help, what could be happening?

i have a friend named mandy and ive known her for about 3 weeks and she is lesbian. well in the past three weeks, ive gotten to know alot about her and before that i was trying to figure out if im straight or bisexual or lesbian. and now, im pretty sure im bi, cuz i really like my friend mandy. we have alot in common we talk for hours. the other night me and my sister were talking about bisexual and stuff like that and she thinks she is attracted to girls and guys too. i wanted to talk to her soo much about it but i didnt want her to hate me or anything. so yeah, im still somewhat confused about me being bi or not.

I am bisexual, and even I think that spending a lot of time with a lesbian would get you wondering if theres an attraction between you.


But you said that you were questioning your sexuality BEFORE that friendship, so I would venture to guess that you do have feelings for females. You could try dating a girl for a while, maybe even your friend.


I think the next step is to figgure out how you really feel about guys, and if you are bi.

My suggestion is use a mirror... it really helps.

Hi. Im 13/f and I just got a zit on my chin today. I never really use like acne creams because this is one of my firsts. Does anyone know any good creams to get rid of it for sensitive skin? I heard toothpaste works but doesnt that clog your pores? Help, please?

okayy theres this guy. cody. well ive liked cody since this summer. well he's more or less kind of dragged me along since august. sayin he likes me and then not doing anything about it. so 2 weeks ago he asked me out .. i was so happy! it wasn't even funny. and then 5 days later he dumped me sayin he liked someone else. me and him talked last night and we straightened it all out. he said he doesnt like the other girl anymore, she has a boyfriend. and he says he wouldn't have dumped me if he knew ..

No matter how immoral Abortions are, they should not be illegal. It is a womans body and she should make HER OWN moral judgement. Pregnancy is a lot to go through and every woman should have the ability to get an abortion if she so chooses.

Everynight for 2 weeks straight I have had this dream, can you tell me what you think it means?

My 2 friends and me are walking up a beatan path/trail in the woods and its kinda stormy, we are headed to the top of the mountain. When we get to the top of the mountain I see my ex, so I walk over there to talk to him. . Then all of a sudden out of the woods a dark evil shadow pushes him off the cliff. I look down the side of the cliff on some rocks and he is layin there blood surrounding his head. I scream, and the proceed to climb down the side of the cliff and go over to wear his body is. I put my hand under his head and blood is all over my hand. I lean over and hold him while crying and screaming while his blood is dripping all over me. I lean over again to kiss his bloody lips. I kiss him while holding him close. I wake up screaming & crying. Whats so weird is I could swore I almost taste blood in my mouth.

Okay my friends I have 2 friends and they are mexican and soooo today I told one of the mexicans that my other friend smokes witch she dose and so then my other friend says SO DO I and i am like holy sh*t and I am only in 8th grade should I still be there friend? that happened to me in 8th grade. I'm not friends with the person, but for different reasons. See, if they smoke at that young of an age they'll more than likely get into drugs. which means they'll ditch you for druggies.

What are good for excersicing your thighs and abs? (like to tone)

crunches, cruches, chrunches for those abs.

and for thighs, leg lifts. lay down and bring your leg up, and then bring your leg down without having it touch the ground. repeat.

also, do a bicicle motion with your legs, while laying down. that does both abs AND thighs.

I would recoment going to a gym though. I go to one and I love it. I know lots about excercizes, so if you need anything additional let me know!!!! I am your excercize go-to girl ;)

Well i'm a girl, but I date girls and GUYS ;) So maybe I can help you.

I would say i'm a leg person and a hair person. Bodies to me don't really matter because the female body is just beautiful anyways, but if we're talking about a guy they like a little junk in the trunk. It's been proven that they like healthier and chunkier women better than skinny-minis.

I really think, and forgive me if i'm being cliche, personality is honestly the biggest factor. If the guy is SERIOUSLY looking a good girl, he'll want someone he can click with. It's just that simple. You have to be a good match.

I like girls that are sweet. Not necessarily angels, but just ones that are just an all-around good person. And that like me for me.

I would say that most guys like girls that aren't too tall and aren't too skinny. That's if they want a girl SOLEY based on her looks though.

I think also that guys have a big ego. They need someone who will make them feel good about themselves. A girl who's nice to them.

I am 15 and don't wear any make-up.

I would say you should at least be in 7th grade before you start wearing anything more than lipgloss.

Talk to your parents about what they think is right. Chances are they will understand and won't be mad. Even if they disagree or say no, at least you will know what you can or can not do.

okay so the other night, my friend told me she likes me, and 2 nights later I asked her out. And she says "I would love too, but I have to bring my grades up and I have Cheer competitions almost every weekend in in January." I really like her and my other friend told me just to give her time. And i don't know if i should give her time or what to do?

I have real problems with my hands at the moment, my thumbs especially. They keep 'jarring' (i.e. getting kind of stuck) and clicking when I try and bend them. It doesn't hurt a lot, but it is uncomfortable. I've heard that cracking your fingers (on purpose, I know, but still...) a lot can lead to arthritis, and my mother and grandmother both have this (my mother has rheumatoid arthritis if that helps) and they both got the joint clicking thing. This started about a month ago and has been getting progressively worse. Is arthritis heriditary? Is there anything I can do to try and prevent this or slow it down, IF it is arthritis?
I want to work with children; this would be extremely debilitating for me. My mother is only 40 and can barely do anything for herself. I don't want to end up like that!

It could be arthritis, or it may be Carpal Tunnels.

See your doctor and have x-rays and other tests done.
