xomegaroni answered Sunday November 13 2005, 8:08 pm: well obviously there's a whole bunch out there but some don't really work. we do some at basketball & stuff. for thighs/butt try lungs. oh mannnn =) they work but hurt haha. like u juss lung forward so one legs out and one knee touches the ground & walk like that a few at a time soo you might wanna do this outside er in a gym er something. it pulls & you can feel it. the lower you go the more muscles you work. for abs you should do crunches. slow ones, maybe 50 er so a day. here's a few websites-
