What should I do?
okay so the other night, my friend told me she likes me, and 2 nights later I asked her out. And she says "I would love too, but I have to bring my grades up and I have Cheer competitions almost every weekend in in January." I really like her and my other friend told me just to give her time. And i don't know if i should give her time or what to do?

your friend is right. if you wanna go out with her, and shes pretty busy right now, then just wait for her. eventually she'll be ready to go out with you probably.

If you really like her then give her some time. If you're not really that bothered about whether you go out with her or not then don't bother with it. If you do decide that you'll wait until she's got time then make sure you don't completely shut off all other oppertunities. Wait a few weeks or months but no more than that because if she wants to be with you then she wouldn't leave it that long.

If you really like her, then you have to give her time. If she really likes you, then she'll be waiting to go out with you when the time is right. Just be patient and enjoy it when she is around.

I think you should just give her time. Just hang out with her whenever you can and talk to her ( cause she DOES want to go out with you, so it's not like she's rejecting you ) and then in February give her a call or something and ask her out then =] and then you guys can make up for all the time you lost whenever you couldn't date =D I hope I helped.

I`m sorry to here this! She could just be shy. She could be scared of a relationship. She may not be allowed to date and are using these things as excuses so you won't have to know this. Or she might just not want to let you down, since she wants to concentrate on these things she might not be able to have much time to spend with you and doesn`t want you to have to be with a girl that you never see. Just try to hang out with her alot at school, If you truly like her you could wait until after January ;; you too could become good friends and in time .. who knows ? It could turn out to be something great! ♥

Give her time and hang out with her in school. Her parents may have told her that she can't date until these things are done or something like that. If you really like her, you two will find ways to hang out and get to know each other, and besides, with all the holidays and stuff coming up, the January is around the corner.
