my heart
i didnt sleep last night.. i just couldn't. and this morning at about 8 o' clock.. i felt so sick.. my heart was beating so fast.. i couldnt lay down and try to sleep. When i walk around i feel alright, but as soon as i sit thats when it starts. I finally fell asleep, yet when i woke up which was like 15 mins ago.. i feel it again.
im really scared.. my mom doesnt understand.. i tried telling her but she doesnt listen.. someone help, what could be happening?

Did you recently go through a bad breakup or a loved one passing away? That happens to me frequently...usually when I'm really anxious or depressed.

Maybe you have a stomach virace my daughteris feeling the same way take some advil and drink lots of water.hope i helped.
