I'm about 5ft and 125 Ibs and have a I consider myself as having a big butt...am I fat? I was goin to bed downstairs with my parents room being upstairs, when i finally was in bed i heard a scream, so i got up wondering what was wrong then i heard all these sex noises moans and such, i was freaked out, wouldn't you be? so i called my 19 year old sister and she came home to comfort me. I couldn't sleep even after they had stopped, it was stuck in my head.

I have always had love handles...all of my life. My dad's family all has them. I can NOT stand them. I am self conscious in bikinis, tight shirts, everything. I have tried cross crunches, i eat healthy, cardio....everything. This is my workout every day:
30 Min. Treadmill
15 Min Strength training on arms(i have very weak upperbody strength)
50 crunches
25 cross crunches on each side
15 Min. Indoor rowing boat machine thing
I eat healthy as i can, but we are always running out of fresh vegatables and fruits, and i have asked my mom to get more but they spoil quickly. Sooo...i do really try geting rid of them but it's not working! Any tips? Please!! i rate. (link)

i went on vacation this summer and while i was there i saw this REALLY hot guy there. he skimboards and surfs. everytime he came and left the beach we made eye contact. he was always with his friends. and i think he liked me and he told his friends, because he would look at me and then one of his friends would look too. i really wished that he would talk to me or do something (even wave). what should i have done? is there anything i could have done to make him come over and say hi to me? i'm a shy girl and i wouldn't be able to go up to him myself.

There's nothing you could 've done other them waving hi, or evening going over there to introduce your self, sometimes when we really want something we have to break out of the shyness, or we will lose out.

See, i have a friend who hates me to death. she hates me because my other friend lied to her about things that i did not even say. she won't talk to me. even if i try to talk to her, she won't give me a chance to explain myself. she also told all my other [close] friends about this "lie" that i never even said. i am mad that she spread it around making me feel like i am such a bad person!! and now i feel depressed because my friends turned their back against me. what should i do?!?

Hi have you tried writing her a letter and mailing it to her, sometimes people need to see it in writing to believe it, or bring everybody together to talk it out, and if none of the above don't work then find other friends it's not worth your time.

When giving advice to someone on this website, i usually tell my point of view about the situation, and i also tell them the truth and what is right to do.But when i do that, i usually get rated a 1 or 3 because the people simply didn't hear what they wanted to hear. So my question is , how can we make people listen to what they are saying, and not just cover their ears and close their infront of the truth, and let go to hear what they want to hear. i have tried to help people alot, but they just don't seem to listen. i really want to help them, and i care so much about helping people and making them happy much more than i care about my ratings.So what do i do to make them listen to the truth?

Although we enjoy helping people it's truly up to them if they want to take the advice, I think some people just confuse, they don't no what to do, perhapes make them feel very relax then state you opinion, or just keep doing what your doing.

my best friend doesnt really have any parental guidence, like her mom is never home and doesnt really care what she does when shes gone. I have this huge pimple right on my forhead since I woke up this morning. It sucks because that draws all the attention when someones tlakign to me. My 6 year old daughter recently started saying she wants to meet her real dad (he hasn't seen her since she was two years old except for a brief chance meeting at a friends house a two years ago.) I'm not sure what brought this on, except that I just had another baby with a different man, and he and I share custody, so maybe she's feeling a little jealous that her baby brother's dad is around but hers isn't. I'm no longer involved with my son's father, but we are civil for our child's sake so it isn't like he could be a father to her. But I need to know- do I call my daughter's father and make him have a relationship with his daughter? I don't know what to do, or what to say to her. (link)
