Period at night

When I am asleep and on my period, I don't usually bleed... Is this normal?

Yup, it's very normal. When I'm on my period and asleep, in the morning I wake up and there's nothing there. It's basically just because you're not moving around as much as you are during the day and you're lying down, so it's not likely that a lot of blood would come out. Hope I helped :)

Yeah, sometimes if your laying down for a long time, the flow stops.


Wear a thin pantyliner at least, or a pad just to be on the safe side.

i dont bleed either .. i think its normal.. but than again ive only gotten my period in like febuary for the first time.. so i dont have much experience.. but only once did i wake up and had blood.. other than that i usually just wear a panty liner

Yes, actually this is common. There's nothing wrong. It is often that during sleep your period's flow "stops" or lessens. Just wear a thin pad or pantiliner for protection just in case though. :)
