well if u tan and than stop tanning after itll only last some weeks. but dont worry.. ur tan should last pretty long 8]

I hang out with preps, but I don't limit myself to HCO, A&F, AE, Aero, or prep styles. I have a few ideas for new sneakers, but I want your opinion of which one I should get. Also, I can't get anything over $70...
1. White adidas' (cute but kind of expensive)
2. Black or Turquoise Chucks (are they alrite to wear.. trend-wise?)
3. Cute athletic shoes (which ones are "cute"?)
Any comments, other suggestions, or anything else would be AWESOME!

personally i love the puma sneakers. i think they are athletic and cute and go with anything. and arent just for preps. im kinda what u would call a prep but i know pumas arent just for preps .. there like an everyone shoe

I was watching a movie today and it was kind of like the movie Thirteen, it's pretty much the same story just the movie I watched was based a true person - it was one of those lifetime original movies, Augusta Gone or something like that. Well I would never smoke because personally, I think it's a disgusting habit. But one of the girls on the show said that smoking (ciggarettes) helps quicken your metabolism. I was just curious as to whether or not that was true. And if you say that it is true, what's your proof? If it isn't true, how do you know for sure?
I promise this will in no way impact whether or not I smoke, I think smoking is gross, but I was just kind of curious when I heard that. I guess I could probably look it up myself, but my internet connection hasn't been very good and I've been getting really frustrated waiting for pages to load so I just assume this would be quicker on my part.

drink lots of water .. get health foods and fruits.. make sure your getting protein.. mike is good too. and try to get 8-10 hours of sleep a night !!

Okayy so I met this boy like a few months ago. We have only hung out like 3 times(not alone with a group)but we always talk online and stuff. Lately I have really started to like him. The other night he was talking to me and asked if I liked anyone. I said yes, and then he asked who. So I just sucked it up and told him it was him, but I would like to hang out more before anyhting happened. He said he felt the same way and I was really happy. But here's the problem, I am normally really shy and about stuff like that. I have never had a boyfriend or a first kiss. So my question is how do i get this like moving along. I want hang out and stuff but im like nervous but excited. I feel really comfortable around him but we havent hung out alone yet. Please help. Any advice is appreciated.(sp?)

well if you do hang out alone .. watch a movie or somethign.. so than theres no akward sliences..and when he makes a move just follow hes lead.. theres really nothing to be worried about..if you feel comfortable with him than everything should be fine

ok i live in condos. with only my dad is
overprotective, and i really want to exercise but he wont let me go outside by myself. so i end up not getting exercise. :(
someone tell what to tell my father, or what kind of exercise i can do inside plz

tell that if he isnt going to go let you excerise outside than to get you a tredmill or some other equiment thing. or if hes that over protective that he should watch you when you go outside .. or if he doesnt want to do all them things and he should just let you go outside like any other normal father would

Im like really loud. I don't know if its like in the annoying way, but I'm like always hyper. Even thought I don't eat things with a lot of sugar. Like I'm really friendy & I love talking to new people. I acuallly just love talking period. So yeah anyways. I don't know if I'm annoying or something. like if your really really loud and you dont stop talking than yes i think itsd annoing but if your just frendly and like having good solid covnerstaion with people than no i dont think it is. cause i hae quiet people.

its got everything on it.. camra, texting, internet, pretty much anything any other phone would have. but i heard it wasnt a good phone. i heard it freezes just like a computer at times. and that its really slow. but you can still try it. but if you want a really good phone that has everything on it .. look at the sidekicks.. there amazinggg

Sometimes my mom will say hurtful things to me and not even realize it.

next time she saids something mean be like .. mom this is what i mean by you being so rude ! i told you numerous times about it but you never undertsand and now im finally giving you the perfect example..your always rude to me and bring me down..your supose to be my mother and try and be there for me.. and just let her know what you think and if she still does it well .. when my mom does it i flip out.. ill be like if your going to say things like this to me than you rather not even talk to me because i dont need you to try and bring me down. just try to get out your feelings out to her .. thats teh only thing you can really do

My brother lives in texas wit his mom (my dads x wife).He comes down every summer and this time he brought one of his friends.His friend is really cute,funny and nice.He is 16 and im only 13.My big mouth friend told him i like him and he just smiled.I have a very strange name and it is very hard 2 say.My friends mess wit me all the time by saying my name wrong.I made a comment about me hateing my name and he was like well i think ur name is pretty.OK??then when my friend was annoying him he got on our 4-wheller and as he left 2 get away from her he was like

i wouldnt do anything to break them up cause if you do someone can find out its you and than the kid you like can just get mad at you and thats not good so id just wait it out and keep hanging out with him so that if he is just doing it to get you jealous than whent hey break up he'll come to you instead of you to losing touch becuase you guys didnt stay friends.

Ok. Before I start this, I want feedback on everything I say in this if possible... And even opinions if you want. Here goes.
Well, I'm probably going to sound just like all of the other girls my age. But there's this guy I like. Yep, I even get the butterflies and everything. The problem is- I've never had a boyfriend before. He knows this, and that's probably a good thing. He's great. He's got just about every good qualities I could want in a guy. He's funny, understanding, interested, smart, witty, sweet, and his looks definately don't hurt. He's not too much of a conversationalist though, that's the only thing that bothers me. Of course we have that awkward silence. I told him a joke about it, so now I can break it. The joke- Whenever there's an awkward silence between two people, a gay baby is born. I think it's prety funny, and so does he. But other than not being a conversationalist, he is very confusing sometimes. I can never tell what he's thinking! I got my one friend to ask him what he thinks of me. She said that he said: "we're friends for now. but i could definately see us together in the future." when she told me that, i was sooo excited! but now it's kind of weird, cuz i kind of asked him out. how could i kind of ask him out? i just did. but only kind of. and he said sure. so i told my friend on my softball team that we might go out. and she asked him about "us" as he said, and he told her that we weren't goin out. i talked to her, and she was set strait. but now he thinks i told people we were going out. it's kinda confusing now. so i still talk to him a lot, just not as much as before my friend asked him. and anymore, i don't know if he feels the same as i do, but i kind of feel awkward. does anyone know how i could find out if he does or not?
ok and the big question. how can i figure out whether he likes me or not?!

omg just ask him. stop having people do it for you. just talk to him and let him know everything your thinking. if hes so amazing im sure he'll understand and if he doesnt than move on. but for now just tell him what your thinking.. thats the only way the relationship will grow

i dont bleed either .. i think its normal.. but than again ive only gotten my period in like febuary for the first time.. so i dont have much experience.. but only once did i wake up and had blood.. other than that i usually just wear a panty liner
