uhm energy level low!

Okay so i need a way to boost my energy im 13 years old and i do not smoke any suggestions? thans??

drink lots of water .. get health foods and fruits.. make sure your getting protein.. mike is good too. and try to get 8-10 hours of sleep a night !!

hey,
Guess what? I am 13 years old too, and i am in the same situation as you are. I am very weak and i need some energy too. So here is what i do. I don't eat junk food, i only eat really healthy stuff. So you can consult a doctor to make you a healthy food plan consisting of the four food groups. And you should take some vitamins, and keep up your energy and be fit by running the track in the club every day, to be fit and make you energetic. And when you get hungry, don't keep eating junk, just drink water and fresh juices.

Thats what i do, and it really helps so much. I even feel alot better. So try to consider this and if you need any other help, please be free to contact me.

Well it's great that you don't smoke, and you should keep it that way! A good way to boost your energy is to hang out with other people that are really hyper! You may get sick of it after a while but it might help you wake up. I am very hyper and the way that I keep my energy up is by drinking soda or lemondae in the morning becuase it has sugar in it (your parents might not like that idea, though!). Another way to keep your energy up is when you wake up in the morning, stretch or exercise. It relaxes you, and after, take a cold shower, not an extrememly cold shower, but one to wake you up.
