Hi quick question does anyone have some good ecersises good for me (male 13) i am not overweight at all i just want to start exercising or any websites that will help me thanks

Aerobic excersizes would probably be best as they'd make you a lot healthier, fitter and give you more stamina (so you'll do better in P.E. at school too). Walk the dog, walk to school, or just walk. Run or jog (once you find running easier you could start running uphill to make it more difficult), rollerskate, ride a bike, martial arts (such as karate or judo, these make you strong too). Have fun!

Sit-ups,push-ups,jumping jacks,running in place.You might want to do these once or twice a day.You can't give up or it'll just get you no where.
