I am asthmatic (not excessively so but I can't run for a long, long time) but I want to excersize. I already walk to school. Do you know of any other low-impact (and hopefully fun!) excersizes I can do?

i am asthmatic too, i just take my inhaler before and after i run ]
You should really try yoga, it's good excersize and it increases flexability. I would also recomend horseback riding, it's really fun. Hmmmm anything else...yes, swimming. Don't forget to bring your inhaler.

well if you do cheerleading thats fun and you dont have to run that much just like one lap and its not very far either but trust me kearning all that stuff is hard but sooo much fun you should try it out one day ]
Before beginning routines you ought to consult your phsician. They will know what you cannot do when it comes to your condition and what you can do. They can prescribe and reccomend the right program. As far as low impact goes swimming or riding a bike may be something that will not cause trouble. ]
I vote for low-impact yoga! Riding is always good, as well. Make sure to take your inhaler with you and have fun! ]
