Question Posted Friday November 4 2005, 3:56 pm

I am asthmatic (not excessively so but I can't run for a long, long time) but I want to excersize. I already walk to school. Do you know of any other low-impact (and hopefully fun!) excersizes I can do?

You should really try yoga, it's good excersize and it increases flexability. I would also recomend horseback riding, it's really fun. Hmmmm anything else...yes, swimming. Don't forget to bring your inhaler.

**hope I helped**

Before beginning routines you ought to consult your phsician. They will know what you cannot do when it comes to your condition and what you can do. They can prescribe and reccomend the right program. As far as low impact goes swimming or riding a bike may be something that will not cause trouble.

I vote for low-impact yoga! Riding is always good, as well. Make sure to take your inhaler with you and have fun!
