my big butttttt im a really petite girl...but a have a really wide and sorta i guess flabby butt. I neeeeed some excersizes of something before cheering starts!!!

you must be white cause if you were a sista your ass wouldnt be flabby. i'm glad i'm black. Anyways yea um do sum palaties that will tighten your flabby ass up real quick. ]
Well you lucked out because if there is one thing i know about it is exercises! Some exercises you can do to help you prepare for cheerleading is to do tons of crunches ( I especailly LOVE these ones , they work out your abs which are a great way to get into shape, and to have a nice body for the swimsuit season!)When doing crunches I do 200 a night or so. Other exercises involve V ups, pushups,pullups,&& leg lifts. Another great way to get into shape is to go for a jog every once in a while! Great way to get into shape AND to lose some stress! well, i'm not sure if your a girl who likes running, but it really does help!(plus the endorphons (sp?) dont suck to bad either:P) if you REALLY hate running, then try those excersizes that come in teen magazines and stuff, those 10 step ones that if you do every night, they can get you in better shape. try these things and see if they work...i hope i helped ya and good luck! xoxohelpachick ]
