Some exercises you can do to help you prepare for cheerleading is to do tons of crunches ( I especailly LOVE these ones , they work out your abs which are a great way to get into shape, and to have a nice body for the swimsuit season!)When doing crunches I do 200 a night or so. Other exercises involve V ups, pushups,pullups,&& leg lifts. Another great way to get into shape is to go for a jog every once in a while! Great way to get into shape AND to lose some stress!
