what are some exercises to help get rid of, or at least tone, love handles?

A few good activities that can simply assist in porportioning the body in it's ENTIRTY would be anything that gets the blood circulation goin', such as: jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, walking, and bicycle riding. Also, if you have access to a heated pool, water aerobics work like a charm!!


And if you'd like to target your tummie specifically, try doing sit ups and/or crunches. For directions on doing a correct crunch, check out:

ooooooo i asked this question like a week ago, i asked my PE teacher too and she told me to do sit up but when u get like 1/3 up start going to the side it stretches the muscles helpign to lose the weight! crunches will help but they help more on the tummy and if your like me i have a muscly tummy and would rather get rid of it lol x x x

some qood exercises are to stretch to each side [left & riqht] down to the middle and make sureh u do plenty of crunches and sit-ups .. GOOD LUCK

It has all the exercises for every part of your body. It helps. Make sure you cut back on junk food and eat healthier. It will help you loose the extra fat.
