Mackenzie answered Monday November 7 2005, 3:09 pm: A few good activities that can simply assist in porportioning the body in it's ENTIRTY would be anything that gets the blood circulation goin', such as: jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, walking, and bicycle riding. Also, if you have access to a heated pool, water aerobics work like a charm!!
angel_sarah23 answered Monday November 7 2005, 2:32 pm: ooooooo i asked this question like a week ago, i asked my PE teacher too and she told me to do sit up but when u get like 1/3 up start going to the side it stretches the muscles helpign to lose the weight! crunches will help but they help more on the tummy and if your like me i have a muscly tummy and would rather get rid of it lol x x x [ angel_sarah23's advice column | Ask angel_sarah23 A Question ]
