this question is about weight loss. im 5'4 and weigh about 136 pounds. i really want to lose a little weight so i've been running. does anyone know if running will actually make me bulkier, or if it can make me more slender? i really want to get a body like hilary duff's or jessica simpson. any tips? Love Handles

Hi I am 14, female, 9th grade. 5'9, 145 lbs.I am pretty happy with my body, I have a flat stomach, but I have some love handles that Iwould like to get ride of. I play softball, basketball, and do track. But what extra exersizes could i do at home to make my love handles go away? Thanks

what are some good exercises for my arms, legs, booty, back, stomache? Do I have to hold a muscel when doing sit-ups? cuz i heard you build out if you dont. Is there anyway to make my booty look bigger or something cuz i used to have a nice big booty and now its kinda smaller...

So I am 15 years old and I am 5'3 I currently weigh 215 lbs. I would really like to be about 140 by the first of June ( you know summer time )
I work out maybe twice a week for about an hour at a time. I don't drink and pop at all and I replace school lunch with a salad. Is there anyway possible to loose 60-75 lbs in 6 months? I would even be satisfied with 50. I really want this. I work alot and don't have alot of time for working out for such. And I have alot of dairy in my regular diet. I rate 5's!! please I would really appresheate all your help.

wired diets

Does anyone know any wired diets that worked pretty good like i heard if u drink cran berry juice of 72 hours its will take off a couple pounds thats probaly not true but anyone any wired diets like that

I do 25 crunches and 25 push-ups everyday. I plan to do more as I become better at it. I am trying to eat better, also. Is there anything else I should do to lose weight?

Freaked out about Fat

I am 13 years old female... i will be 14 in about a month and a half and i am really unhappy about my body. i weigh 151 pounds and i am only 5'6!! i want to slim down my stomach, under my chin, legs, and my butt. I do play sports so i get exersize, but i am going to be graduating and i want to be able to fit into a smaller size dress. I dont even have hips so it makes my stomach look larger!
help in anyway you can!

Hey everyone. I'm a 13 year old girl turning 14 in about 2 months. I weigh 103 pounds, and I'm about 5'3". I'm still very unhappy with my body. I have NO butt, and my thighs are like jelly. I have a little pudge on my stomach that I want to get rid of, and I have no muscle on my arms. I have wide hips, which I'm very happy with because it makes my body look really curvy, yet I have no boobs to portion them out with. What exercises can I do to create a completly flat tummy, thin, firm, thighs, and get a butt. I also want to build some meat on my arms, and if there is any possible way, make my breast larger. I have about 6 months to get my dream body, and create my personal perfect image. What can I do?!? Thanks.

I've been wanting to lose weight for a long time. I love to dance, but I never thought about acually joining a class. I don't exactly want to do ballet. I don't think I have the body for it either. Does anyone know where I could look to find out if my city has classes and studios? Thanks

First off I would like to say sorry for posting this more than once, but I need advice again. I think I am a compulsive eater. I can't stop. All I think about while I am eating something, is what else I could be eating. I also do not exersize. I am too lazy and I have no motivation whatsoever. What should I do? Does anyone have any websites? Or tips?

I weigh 225. In the past month I have gained like 20. And that is not healthy. What should I do? I need serious help here. My doctor doesn't want to put me on a serious diet.

How To Do A Back Walk-Over

I've got some questions on how to do a back walk-over. You start with the back bend, but I haven't been able to bring my legs up and over. Does anyone have any tips of exercises or anything that can just help me to do it?

working out

Hi, I'm 14 years old and 128 pounds. Everyday, I try to take a run for at least 15 minutes, or sometimes a mile and a half. It's been working really well so far -- it's only been a month and I've already lost around 10 pounds almost. This Thanksgiving weekend, I haven't found the time to run, and it's been probably 4 days since I last ran. Being always a little extra chubby, and having friends that are model gorgeous, I always have had a fear of being TOO fat or not looking great, etc. Now, since it's Thanksgiving weekend, I've eaten A LOT and haven't found the time to run. Will 4 days effect me that much? (Tomorrow I will most likely go run)

ok well i always feel like i'm getting fat in my legs and i know i'm not but i feel it and the only work-out that i get is from cheerleading and besides that i'm eating like crazyy well not fruit i should say and i always think about going anerxioc and i even try but then i feel sick and about to throw up and so do you have any tips to get me motivated to work out and stop eating junk food and start eating healthy...or any like sites to help me loose weight or at least become skinny b/c all my friends are like really tiny or at least l0 pounds lighter and everytime we liek do piggy back rides or something i'm never the one being picked up b/c i weigh 90 pounds and i just feel like i need to lock myself up someplace and not eat...i'll rate 5...
