I've got some questions on how to do a back walk-over. You start with the back bend, but I haven't been able to bring my legs up and over. Does anyone have any tips of exercises or anything that can just help me to do it?

x_mystery answered Sunday November 27 2005, 9:42 pm: Your stomach muscles need to be REALLY strong to be able to master a back walkover. Your legs need to be fairly strenthened, too.
A backbend kickover is where you actually land in a backbend, then kick your legs over. Two seperated motions.
A back walkover is where it is all one fluid motion. (Just FYI, =) )

When you thin k you can do it you should do the back bend and then kind of try and get your legs and arms closer and then with all of you strength try pushing up. Annerszz_101 answered Sunday November 27 2005, 12:13 pm: Try stretching your legs and try to gete your back into shape. If you buy SEVENTEEN magazine, they have some exercises in them that strecthes your body.

once you are pretty confident.. make sure u have a backspot, and u can attempt to do it.. try walking backwards down a wall. that should help too!!
