im about 5'1 and i weigh around 130 or more...
this isnt very proportional, but whats the best way to loose weight, fast, but without much time on your hands?
but if you want to lose weight, just cut out junk food. as hard as it is .. you can do it.
also, celery has negitive calories. which means it burns more calories than it actually takes in.
thats a good diet food.
cinnimon apple ricecakes are good. they have 50 calories and no fat. eat one of those for lunch with celery & your good to go.
also - cranberry juice fills you up. but, only drink a glass of it a day. [when your really hungry and its in between meals]
if you ride a bike everyday and jog for a little- you can easily burn more calories than you take in. which is good.
only eat about 1,000-1,500 calories a day. that help cut down on the ones from fat.

KookieMonster96 answered Saturday December 3 2005, 2:05 am: Losing weight is really not that hard if you can train yourself to eating healthy and exercising daily.
1. start a healthy diet. NO CANDY, POP, CHIPS, PIZZA AND ETC. eat more fruits, vegetables, salads, those types of food. Myself I love chocolate so not eating it is hard so I just limit myself. I made a chart to cut back if stopping at once is hard like it is for me. like pop only on friday and wednesday only one piece of candy. Make sure to keep on the diet getting side track for 1 piece of candy you think won't harm anything WILL MESS UP EVERYTHING trust me!also less fast food and follow the food pyramid it helps.
2. Get at least 1 hour of physical activity in a day it doesn't have to be all at once but 1 hour a day is good for your health. Or make your own workout (which is what I did) to fit your scheduele make sure to have a warm up, your workout then the cool down to relax after the workout. make sure to check the nutrition facts on foods to eat less fatty foods. Also drink more water and don't over eat.
3. BE DEVOTED. Don't get off track make it a habit if you do you look and feel great!

lulabelle answered Friday December 2 2005, 11:04 pm: You can't loose weight healthily if you do it fast. But, I do have some suggestions that will be healthy and faster than normal. Start eating more fresh raw foods like apples, bananas, strawberries, veggies, etc., as snacks in between meals. Eat as much as you want of raw veggies and fruits throughout the day. Then, when you sit down for a prepared meal only eat until you are full and no more. So you don't feel like you are wasteful put what you don't want away for later. Don't eat any fast foods at all. Stop eating anything that has processed sugar in it like sodas, candy, etc. Limit your bread intake to two slices a day. There is a product that I think will help because it is a natural product. The website link is below. This product will help burn fat while you are sleeping. I have actually lost 8 lbs in one week with while taking this product. It is the Liquid Health Night diet. It contains more amino-rich Collagen Hydrolysate than any other weight loss supplement on the market. Collagen promotes a reduction in fat and a loss of inches while you sleep. Tyrosine and Kelp aid in proper Thyroid function, and provide vital trace minerals for optimum health. I hope this will help.
ska4ever answered Friday December 2 2005, 10:38 pm: Don't bring your lunch, buy it. If you're school's anything like mine you'll have trouble keeping it all down. I've lost like 5 ponds since school started by eating the food there. Or you could like run and play soccer, that worked for me too. [ ska4ever's advice column | Ask ska4ever A Question ]
Sporkster answered Friday December 2 2005, 10:33 pm: Run, jog, wog, just get your body moving and your heart rate up!
If you're of working age and within walking distance of work, walk. Park farther away from the building if you drive. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Jog instead of walk during the day.
You'd be suprised at how much exercise you can squeeze into a busy schedule! Just add in a little running whenever you can, and perhaps run a bit on the weekends. It'll be gone in no time.
ALSO -- Watch your diet. Cut out all excessive consumption of saturated fats and sweets, eat more furits and veggies, and drink lots of water.
GDROB2 answered Friday December 2 2005, 10:30 pm: Number one never try to diet or lose weight without seeing your doctor. they will calculate your Body Mass Index and put you on a path to success in shedding excess weight. Next, you need that same doctor to find you a nutritionist.
They will help you with a healthy diet that removes fats and keeps you trim as well as weigh you every few weeks. That is how I went from 240 to 183 again after a hospital stay where drugs plus increased desire to eat made me balloon. Definitely, you need a doctor and a nutritionist on your ass as well as family.
You could however, join Weight Watchers etc or drink diet shakes like Slim Fast if the doctor approves of it. First of all, you need to see him/her as going about it yourself can be dangerous.
Most people want to lose it all at once or 10 pounds at a time. Understand this as it will save you grief later: 2-3 pounds a week is safe weight loss--more is not. That's info gleaned from a dietitian at a hospital in Toronto. [ GDROB2's advice column | Ask GDROB2 A Question ]
