How to deal with Messy Sister?

My sister is 18 years old. I'm 22 years old and recently moved back with my family after college.
She is ruining our lives. We live in a small apartment (It's me, her, my mom, and my brother). Everyday she creates a mess. There are clothes everywhere. She saves trash for some odd reason, which has caused a rat to come inside. I went into our closet and found rat poo everywhere because she had saved old food in there. She was supposed to go to college, but she lied about getting a scholarship there. They wanted us to pay $5,000, which we couldn't afford because we didn't know. We really want her to leave. Changin my hair color?

I'm always wondering how i would look like as a brunette. I have like a golden blonde look you could say, it's light and dark on the bottom. I have fair skin and blue eyes. So what do you guys think? I also wanted to know some different ways to style my hair. It's short and it's a bob layerd style. I'm growing it out, but is there any ways to make it really pretty?
my hair supplies are:
-straightner
-curling iron
-volumising moose
-brush (of course)
-wave enhancing spray
- tousle me softly spray
Any ideas? They can't be to hard, or long to fix because i don't have a lot of time in the morning.

Vegetarian foods

My boyfriend is a very diverse eater, and yet im a picky eater. He always wants to go out to different types of foods in different cultures and im just used to ordring the mozzerella sticks from friendlys haha. I'm 18 and i really want to get a new watch for christmas, but I'm not sure which kind i want. Does anyone know any websites that sell nice watches. I'm very "fashionable" and i like to have the lastest fashions etc.I don't just want like a pure silver watch i don't think. I like the hermes Kelly 2 watch...but its 2,000 so thats not happening haha. I"m not positive about the price.. probs like under 500?

im really lovesick because the guy i love rejected me and now we dont even talk anymore because i stopped talking to him because i couldnt handle the situation.
ive tried talking to him recently but it seems like hes mad at me which is understandable.
i just dont understand him because ive noticed him checking me out a lot lately and i know that im pretty but he told me that he doesnt care about that stuff. (he rejected me because he still has feelings for his ex)

This new years eves is the first one I'm not spending at home, my boyfriends family have a party every year, so I need to shop for a dress! :)
I have no idea what colour or style or anything to look for >.<

my school has no spirit!

i have just come back from a leadership conference
and realized just how much our school lacked of spirit.
our school is famous to be known as the academic school; everyone is so determined to get into an ivy league and be the next bill gates. so school basically means just homework, tests and quizzes.
i want our school to be something more than that, a place people are happy to come to ever morning and i think the biggest thing we need is spirit.
at the leadership conference, we have done many cheers and people went absolutely nuts. i loved it. how should i bring about that spirit into our school?
