okay so my doctor says i am like twenty pounds over weight, i'm fifteen, i'm 5'5" and 145-148 lbs, i'm really not fat though, i'm a bit wider, and i dont play sports, but i am active, i eat pretty healthy for a teen, and i try not to stress, so i honestly dont know what to anymore
you dont need to loose weight. i think youre doctor is just watching out for you becuase he doesnt want you to gain and more weight becuase then you really would be considered fat and its not easy to lose wieght.
just maybe excersise more and instead of having a bowl of ice cream have like an apple or something more healthy.
