If you are concerned about weight and looking skinny then this could be the beginnings of an eating disorder and you should consult a doctor.
Even if you aren't concerned about that at all you should seek professional advice - fluctuations in appetite are perfectly normal but if you don't feel like eating much at all then there may be a medical condition behind it.
If you can't stomach solid food, try drinking more fruit juice (juice, not squash or fruit concentrate) as it will give you vitamins and some energy, as well as smoothies. Try things like yoghurt or milk too. Even if you really don't feel like eating it is essential that you keep up nutrients and vitamins or you could develop a defficiency like anemia which can become quite serious.

You really should tell someone, like your grandparents. Someone you love and trust. They will probably suggest you see a doctor. If you don't do something soon, you could end up with an eating disorder.
