How come whenever I run, I get a cramp like on my side.. usually on my right side.. I know they're not menstrual cramps, because they feel way different.. but idk, I've had them for a while, and I think it's a common problem among people.. but does ANYBODY know what they're caused by? And how to prevent them? I also get them when I walk alot sometimes.. but especially when I run on bumpy ground, at softball for example. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks! how weird is this?

So I was readin this site and I was relly worried when I read that how if you work out too often you can have amenorrhea...it's this thing wen ur period stops. I know what it is and stuff but I just wanted to know if anyone on this site ever had it and how much exercise they did? And if possible..does the period come back at all?

I want to lose about 10 pounds without becoming anorexic or bullemic... any suggestions for healthy ways to lose the 10 pounds?

i dont have flat abs.. so if i were to just go on a diet and not eat as many fatty foods and not do crunches would that help? because whenever i do crunches it never shows improvement.. even for like a month

Im 25 almost 7ft. 240lbs. I want to build up my arms especially my biceps comes summertime. Overall, my entire upperbody i want to build bigger. But I have no time for the gym. How can i do it within the comfort of my own home. Any help will be gladly accepted.

Sore knees.

I am 25 almost 7ft and i have what is known as platella femoral syndrome. This is inflamation of the muscle tissue covering the kneecap. I cant sit in one place to long or else ill be in pain. I cant drive to far or my knees will hurt so bad. I can run and jump and climb. But an hour later, i wont be able to walk. My knees would be so sore. I would like help and advice on how to deal with this. I have gone to doctors but what do they know.

hey i dont wanna be anorexic but i wanna be smaller than i am i want to wiegh 105 pds and i wiegh currently wirgh 116 pounds tell me every thing you know like

* what i should eat
* When i should check the wieght
* And how much should i expect to lose a week ,Month day. ect.
* WHat exersizes should i do
I already run around a mile track and do 100 crunches a day and is doesnt work maybe its all the stuff i eat. IM 5'1 and 116 punds im 13 yrs old and im from jersey.

small butt

Ok I kinda have a strange question, but I'm going to ask anyway. If you did butt excercises every day, would that make your butt get any bigger? Like, would it build up the muscles in your butt, so that it would appear bigger? And if that's true, what kind of excercises could I do to do that? Thank you soooo much!

Supplements

I've been active in cardio and weight training (and a balanced diet) for awhile now to lose weight. I lost about 10lbs to begin with which was fantastic but now I'm at a lull.

I've been looking into supplements to aid in fat burning or energy (yes I will continue with exercise, etc) but I don't really know much about them or if any on the market actually help.

Can you suggest anything? And if so, please provide some type of information I can read up on myself. Thanks.

im not completly happy witb my body but i mean its okay. the only place i have cellulite is my arms and they are the worst thing about me. could i lose a little weight by may 5th.. and how could i make the cellullite go a little bit away

30 minutes/day = enough?

Alright, so I'm meeting my ex in exactly 2 months, and I NEED to look perfect. Right now I'm gonna focus on my weight, so I need to know; If I take a 30 minute walk every day for exactly 60 days, will that be enough to make me REALLY SKINNY. I'm not fat at the moment, like most people would call me skinny. But I've got some loose fat. Like I don't really care at all what my weight is, as long as I look skinny. So would 30 minutes a day WALKING (i hate running) be enough? Ive tried doing 60 situps/day for 3 months now and it hasnt done anything for me! So if walking and situps dont work I dont know what to do :S like I know making yourself throw up is bad, and wont work for long, but I dont need it to work for long, I just need to be skinny ...
