i dont have flat abs.. so if i were to just go on a diet and not eat as many fatty foods and not do crunches would that help? because whenever i do crunches it never shows improvement.. even for like a month

xomegaroni answered Wednesday April 12 2006, 4:07 pm: they help, but it takes awhile for the results to show. try running. it really does help. it doesn't have to be a lot either. juss like 10-30 minutes a day depending if you're athletic er not.
