Definately go with a combination of the right diet and plenty of excersise. Crash diets etc don't work, jsut stick with non-fatty, non-sugary foods, and healthy size portions. Make sure you always eat breakfast too, and enough at mealtimes so you avoid snacking. Combine this with all the excersise you've been doing, and excersise that you really enjoy, and you'll notice the difference.

DING DING DING there you go- eliminate the fats and garbage from the diet and eat frequent, small healthy meals all throughout the day and continue to exercise. You can do all the crunches in the world and without a diet- it's all for nothing. Do that and you will see improvement.

they help, but it takes awhile for the results to show. try running. it really does help. it doesn't have to be a lot either. juss like 10-30 minutes a day depending if you're athletic er not.

-hope that helped!♥

Crunches do help. They just take lots of time and effort.

So if you are doing a little bit a day then ofcourse you aren't going to see results.

Eating right will help your body to improve but I don't think that alone will do it. You need a combination of eating healthy and exercising.
