Pudge. ok. so i play volleyball and soccer and i have pretty toned stomach muscles, but i just have a little pudge over top, so whats a good way to get rid of that?

Don't worry about the pudge. I mean if it doesn't affect your appearance don't worry. And plus, it adds to your physique. If it really bothers you, get into a pushup position. Body straight, legs stretched out. Now rest on your forarms. Set your timer. for 1 minute, tense your stomach muscles and hold. Rest. Do it again. Do it for a week and then go for two minutes. and so on. Cruchies may help as well. Hope this helped. ]
don't get ride of that i think it makes girls look hot plus guys don't like grls who are super skinny most of them at least so meat on there bones i may sound mean and i not trying to be so don't take this rudly plez thanx ]
Do 50 crunches/sit-ups a night you will get rid of that easy its probably water weight cut down on the liquids....hope this helps ]
