sit on the ground when you're watching tv or something and put your legs about 8-10 inches off the ground. spread them apart and with your arms, reach out in front of you. its kind of hard to explain over a message but its a good workout!
this next thing is kind of like crunches but you feel more pain (a good thing, faster results). first you come up as you would doing a normal crunch, but this time bring your knees to your chest and when you unfold, straighten your legs out but keep them off the ground. thats a good workout without using equipment.
