hey i dont wanna be anorexic but i wanna be smaller than i am i want to wiegh 105 pds and i wiegh currently wirgh 116 pounds tell me every thing you know like
* what i should eat
* When i should check the wieght
* And how much should i expect to lose a week ,Month day. ect.
* WHat exersizes should i do
I already run around a mile track and do 100 crunches a day and is doesnt work maybe its all the stuff i eat. IM 5'1 and 116 punds im 13 yrs old and im from jersey.

Eat healthy foods but that doesnt mean you cant eat meat just lay off on some bread you can still have it but not alot. Increase you exercises or change them do all kinds of them like side crunches,reverse crunch,bicycle crunch, ab reach, squats, and lunges you can also lift wieghts. Alin75 answered Sunday April 9 2006, 8:58 pm: Excercise wise the best thing you can do is a combination of weight training and cardios. Ideally weights at the gym at least 3 times a week and cardios also about 3 times. People underestimate weights in regards to fat burn. They are a very powerful tool.
Weight training builds muscle and boosts your metabolism. This means you will burn more calories all day long, even while you are asleep.
Crunches, sit- ups, side thingies for your love handles, and all other extremely specific exercises are really not very useful on their own. This is because fat loss cannot be targetted to an area of the body (you cannot choose to lose weight from your love handles for example). All these exercises do is build a bit of muscle on the areas. So, the object is simply to burn more calories and therefore a full body workout is what you need.
Now, onto diet. Eat many small meals (4 to 6 per day). This really helps boost your metabolism. Eating rarely or starving yourself makes weight loss very hard, and what you do lose tends to be muscle.
Cut down on saturated fats. Animal products tend to contain them, so keep those low fat. Good fats (unsaturated) are found in nuts, fish, olive oil, canola etc. Read the labels of everything you eat (you probably need between 40-50 grams of fat per day, of which more than half should be unsaturated).
Keep track of your calories and eat a few hundred less than you consume. Eat moderately on carbs and proteins, eat plenty of greens and drink lots of water. Needless to say stay away from junk foods, sweets, soda, excess salt etc.

Only check your weight in the morning, right when you get up. thats it. Cut everything you eat in half (if your eating junk food) if not just eat more fruits and veggies instead of junk food, and get plenty of water. dont go overboard! x0advice4y3w answered Sunday April 9 2006, 4:09 pm: I have the exact same problem as you. Same height & weight, everything. What I am doing is I am eating half of things. Like for instance chicken a big peice, cut it into halfs. Eat more vegitables, and drink alot of water. Try lowering the fatty foods. Personally I check my weigh before bed, and when I wake up. I lost about 2 pounds a week? It was pretty good. Somedays I'd check my weight in the morning and I'd be two pounds lighter. Try weighing yourself naked tho, cause it works the best. ;) There are these things for love handels that you stand there, and tilt to the side each time. Try doing 1 set of 25 on each side, and deffinitly do crunches & run.
