Question Posted Monday April 10 2006, 7:38 pm 14, im 5'6" and i weight bout 120 (give or take a few pounds) i wanna know some ways to tone up my body before summer, mostly in stomache area and thighs, any help would be great thanks...xoxo

Well you don't really need to lose any weight because your healthy. You can tighten up ur muscles though in your stomach and thighs. For your stomach try all kinds or sit ups. Poladies ( sorry dont know how to spell it) will help to you can get a video of these. To work out your thighs try to do lunges and the figure four squat. Watch what you eat... no late night snacks like ice cream or pop corn... try granola or fruit or yogurt. Most of weight loss is linked to your diet. As for toning up, running long distance will be killer. I tell you, it's tough work, but with determination, you'll be lookin' fabulous. Ok, and then after you run do lunges, sit ups, and STRETCH because if you mess something up and can't work out then you will NOT be able to achieve what you are working towards. Good luck
