Well you don't really need to lose any weight because your healthy. You can tighten up ur muscles though in your stomach and thighs. For your stomach try all kinds or sit ups. Poladies ( sorry dont know how to spell it) will help to you can get a video of these. To work out your thighs try to do lunges and the figure four squat. If you don't know what these are go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and click on the part of your body you want o work out. Hope it works for you.

Don't go on any extreme special diets. Just eat healthy foods and cut out the junk-food. Check out [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) for exercise ideas. :)

Watch what you eat... no late night snacks like ice cream or pop corn... try granola or fruit or yogurt. Most of weight loss is linked to your diet. As for toning up, running long distance will be killer. I tell you, it's tough work, but with determination, you'll be lookin' fabulous. Ok, and then after you run do lunges, sit ups, and STRETCH because if you mess something up and can't work out then you will NOT be able to achieve what you are working towards. Good luck
