How much weight would you say is healthy to lose over like a week or so?

It is healthy to loose no more than 2-3 pounds a week. ]
2-3 lbs a week is the healthy weight loss range.
But if you do a low carb diet (which is, most of the time, an exception) you can lose up to 10 lbs in a week and it's still healthy.

well on that celebrity fit club they said about 2 pounds a week but it really depends on your weight now.. i would say no more than 5 ]
Depends on your weight, but if you go over 5% of your current body weight then that's probably too much. ]
